Going Dutch

Hi everyone,
I've already received a warm welcome from some of you when posting my first question, but I figured it is time to properly introduce myself.

I've been lathering since I grew a beard and I can proudly say my dad thought me. It's been only since 2 months now I started DE shaving. To be honest, for budget reasons. I wanted a close yet affordable shave. Truth is, ever since I started I can't stop exploring the art of shaving, enjoying my shaves a whole lot better and I'd kill a badger or two for some of your collections. Shame my budget doesn't allow me, but I'm trying to find excuses. Oh, badgers are protected animals here in the Netherlands by the way.

I know I will become an addict like so many of you. Well that's it for now, my psychiatrist wants to see me ;-)

I love that introduction!  Welcome again, friendlyfreedom, and enjoy your stay.  As you visit various parts of the site, you may discover that a nice badger brush does not have to cost €100+.  Also, a well broken in boar is a joy to use and usually isn't as pricey as most badgers.  Finally, the latest synthetics have been absolutely amazing, in my opinion.
