Gem bullet tip Micromatic vs. Clog Pruf - Any difference in the shave?

I have been enjoying my shaves lately with my Gem featherweight and PTFE blade, but I would like to try a heavier Gem razor. I've been looking at the Micromatic Clog Pruf or the Bullet tip (I like the look of the handle better). I can see the difference in the safety bars of the two. The Clog Pruf has some "divots" in it. I guess to make it easier to rinse out. So anyone who has experience with both, how do they shave?

I believe SharpSpine knows both of those razors.

In my experience, I got a much closer shave with the clog-Pruf than the Bullet, but as Andrew mentioned Sharpspine should be around with his opnion soon.

The clog pruf is more aggressive than the bullet IMO.

Believe it or not gentlemen, I have never used a Flying Wing (aka Bulket Tip). I'm waiting to find one in the wild like I have with all of my other Micrmatics.

The consensus is that the Clog Pruf is more aggressive than the Flying Wing. Since the Clog Pruf has worked wonderfully for me in the past I have not been in any hurry to find a Flying Wing. However, I've always been intrigued by the "Seeing Eye" that is on some of the Flying Wing heads.

I love the flying wing. It is a fantastic looking razor IMO and a good shaver. I don't have a clug proof to compare it with but have an ocmm and other vintage SE . When I use it I get good results and is nice looking tool. Sometimes I have the feeling that someone is watching thou ...

Thanks for the replies gents! I have a Bullet Tip on the way to me. Can't wait to try it out! I think I'll eventually pick up a Clog Pruf and the MMOC. Why not? They seem to be cheap and plentiful. It's just a matter of finding the best looking ones.

I own a Macromatic and enjoy it very much. A great match with the PTFE blades.
