You wouldn't be alone in that. I quite like 2-band D01. I prefer how it feels over 2-band Silvertip, simple as that. I appreciate variation, but I appreciate the natural tipped variation more over gel tip variation. I've seen and experienced too many gel tip brushes that look and feel awful in use. When done correctly with good hair, it is nice, but it is not my main staple preference.

Joe, I guess I like the D01 2-Band for its robust hair. When it is broken in well, it provides such a great feel on your face, especially, if you face-lather. Smile
