Folsom and company is back!

Mine and some people on other forums all show out for delivery. I placed my order pretty much as the doors opened so to speak. I'm sure he was slammed. Good news is orders are going out and being processed.

I just received an email from Folsom, and he refunded my money. If anyone is tired of waiting, send him a message and ask for a refund.

Glad it worked out for you. Did he mention anything at all regarding the shipping situation? I don't really want to cancel my orders because I really want the aftershaves. I know 'hiccups' happen, but seems odd to have had happen for the re-opening of his shop.

No, it was an "official" email just like the one I received when my order was placed. No apology, explanation or personal touch whatsoever. Don't think I'll be buying anything from him in the future. It's a shame, really.

Mine arrived today. New label style, but scent seems to be the same. Will say I was surprised and a little disappointed in shipping. Just the bottle tossed in a bubble mailer and nothing else. Thankfully it survived but I have heard of at least one that arrived broken.

Wow, it's a wonder that did survive. That should be wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a box at the minimum.

Definitely. Had to admit I was shocked. He has to expect losses doing that.


On another note. Of anyone has been wanting to try Black Powder but is leary of ordering, TTFFC's The Beast is modeled after the same fragrance and is nearly identical.

This sounds like a pain in the ass. You wait 2 weeks to have it show up broken?

Hmm, more and more the return of Folsom is starting to seem like a real fly-by-night type of operation… My order still hasn’t left the building, and when it does, apparently it will face all possible odds in subpar packaging.

Performance of both are great and have no problem with either in my den! I used the F&C this morning and it's still as good as it was. TTFFC is just as nice and at the moment, easier to obtain. Great scent profiles and selection, great face feel, nice scent longevity, etc.
