At first I was absolutely ready to consider your suggestion on postponing Monday Dave. But then my secretary brought up a memo from your boss. He put a permanent “Veto” on that practice.
Sorry buddy. Sad

Roger that, my Boss is such a jerk ! Thanks for trying !!

So the eleventh shave with the Schick Proline blade. While still ok. It is starting to trail off. That is on par with the others I have tried in the Nano.
Tomorrow it will be headed up north so that my buddy Eric can test drive it for a while. So it will be back to my straights. I missed them anyway.
How you are all ready for Monday.
Fluffy

Looking forward to trying it! Make sure to pack the Nano's winter clothes, it may be deep here!

Hey Eric I got it with the one and two dot plates. So I don't have the 3dot. Which is the most aggressive. Did you want me to put a new schick blade in there that I already trimmed?
You only have to take a sliver off both ends so it has some clearance.
Prolly gonna go to the PO in the AM after breakfast.

Sure, then I will have a template. Really appreciate this, Ken! You are giving Santa some competition in the delivery department!

Since there have been a few inquiries via PM about the possibility of me making some more brushes. I'll post up my thought process, so you are all in the loop.
Up to and until now. I have made brushes for myself, and a few select people. A total hobby. My recent posts here and elsewhere showing the new models. Have gotten enough positive feedback. That I plan on making them on a limited basis but only will be able to do it on a break-even basis. That is to say for the cost of materials. Unfortunately, the cost of the fittings that I am making these out of. Keep increasing. I'm unable to justify to the wife, why I am spending $ XXX amount of money at the Plumbing Supply store. To make handles to give away to you guys. I mean I like you guys. But not enough to wind up in the DOGHOUSE.
I am in the process of trying to source the cheapest and most reliable vendor for the fittings. I hope you guys understand. Once I get a cost nailed down I'll post them up for each model in the appropriate section.  If the cost ends up being a dealbreaker that's ok too. I'd be happy to share my methods that have evolved in producing them. Wish it was different guys.

You are a generous soul Ken, and an above-and-beyond friend.  As for me, everything is cool, and it is nice of you to keep us all in the loop.  I suspect that goes for many others, too.

I am in full agreement with HighSpeed Mike. I am planning on placing an order once you are ready. A certain maker of the Mighty Midget is about to get a lesson in what a true mighty midget should look and feel like!
