Found this one at an antique shop I stumbled upon while out of town on business a few days ago. Cost me $13. Measures in between 5/8 and 6/8. No stamp on the tang. Can't tell if the scales are wood or some kind of bone or what (I'm guessing wood). They are heavily grained with splotchy areas of lighter variegation. Minor damage around one scale near tang but nothing compromising the integrity or functionality. When closing, blade would hit on one scale unless guided. I read up on some ideas of how to troubleshoot and fix this and presto, now closes centered and is tight. This will be my first restore project. Here are the pics in condition as I found it:

With a little work that should clean up nicely. Nice find.
