Feather AS-D1

I just purchased on the bst. What can you tell me about it? Vs. D2? Better/worse?

Leisure Guy used to go on about the D1, he apparently has one that was pretty good. I’m not sure if there were quality control issues with the D1 or if Feather just hadn’t nailed the design yet. I don’t know if he’s still active but if you search his SOTD archives you might find some of his discussion on the topic.
