Try going with a thicker lather and hydrate it so that it gives cushion, and is slick. Try to go with less pressure, let the razor's weight do the work. If you go atg, stop doing that and try going xtg, basically sideways. If your neck is irritated, and sore, skip a day and let it recover before you try again. Try adding a few drops of liquid Glycerine to your soap, or cream before you start lathering them, I find that it helps to moisturize and protect my skin from irritation. Keep trying and keep us posted on your results.
