Okay, so for anyone not aware, Maggard Razors has begun stocking the ENTIRE line of Myrsol aftershaves. I have a bottle of Agua Balsamica and like the face feel quite a bit, but am somewhat iffy on the scent. For those who have used them, which are your favorites? I've been considering Plastic (I love rose AND alpha hydroxy acids), Antesol (allantoin is awesome), Blue (I hear it's a great alternative to Flöid Blue, one of my all time favorites), and possibly Limon or Metilsol. Would love to hear suggestions!

Also, if anyone's a fan of Pitralon, I've been meaning to try one or more of those as well. In case it wasn't obvious by now, I love aftershaves in general. Smile

Thanks all!

Don't like Plastic myself, notes are somehow muted. Blue and Limon are nice, but if you're into florals, try Formula C Wink

I have the Formula C & Limon - Both smell very nice and share a good face feel with soothing properties - downside for some......scent does not stay for long - The real star of the lot , I believe is the emulsion ...... It is fantastic as a post shave balm!
The Form C pairs nicely with Geo Trumper's Violet shave cream-

I try to avoid parabens, so I'm reluctant to use Emulsion. Short-lived scent is not an issue for me, though; I'm always wearing some new personal fragrance I've unearthed anyway. Aftershave should last long enough for you to get dressed; anything longer at more than fleeting strength is excessive.

I have all of them except Emulsion  and Metilsol.
I prefer Antesol because it contains allantoin. Scent-wise F/Extra and Blue are similar to the similarly-colored Floid(s); Formula C is violet; Formula K is pure peppermint. Lemon is a great pure citrus scent. I can't still figure out what Plastic smells like... and how to pair it; definitely I would not say a rose scent, except for the color. But William  Barrister_N_Mannou are the scent genius and you should tell us :-)

Barrister_N_Mann, did you manage to figure out the scent of Myrsol Plastic?

F/Extra is my favorite. Nice scent and excellent face feel, but as already said, if you prefer your AS to linger for a while, these don't.

I did, actually. It's similar to the makeup of MWF in some respects, though the proportions are radically different. Smells primarily of phenethyl alcohol and ionones (though less than Myrsol Blue), so mostly of roses with a hint of violet. But it's not a straight-up "rose" fragrance; phenethyl alcohol has a generic "floral" smell on its own. It's nice stuff, but not nice enough that I'm willing to pay $32 for it.
