Great review. I find it hilarious how this review would be almost EXACTLY how I would write it. Word for word, with one minor exception. I'd switch Klar & Tabac. Lol I did this same test but over the course of weeks, and Tabac was just superior for me. The post shave especially.
But there are so many variables, your water my be softer than mine, different skins, brushes, techniques.
Tabac will always be at the top of my rotation. I store all my soaps in air tight pyrex dishes. I repack any soap I deem as a keeper in these. I have probably 17 Pyrex bowls with soap.
Also hard soap like Tabac and Klar I grate on my cheese grater my wife made me but, because supposedly it's gross to use the one in the kitchen for soap....It's soap, it's like giving it a thorough cleaning! Lost that battle.
But when you grate these hard soaps and press them in the bottom of a dish, it always seems to make lathering even more simple.
