I would love to hear everyone's opinion on Extró soaps. I've recently started using them and I find them to be absolutely top-tier in every department. I'm currently using tabacco and Freddo. Although I'm not a fan of the tobacco scent it is really well done and I know most love it. Freddo is pretty much unscented except for menthol and eucalyptus.
I haven't tried the older Extró formulas but the new ones really are among the best I've ever used.

I have no recent experience with their latest aftershaves, but the ones I've tried were just good, nothing extraordinary.

You mean the soaps or aftershaves aren't extraordinary?

I was referring to their aftershaves.

I've also tried a couple of thier soaps (samples) and I wasn't overall excited, especially for the price.

I could be wrong but my assumption was these were made (possibly) by TFS but had a different and softer texture compared to the typical Italian veggie formula (stearic acid, water coconut oil, and Sodium/Potassium lye). These had a couple extra ingredients for the formula but I'm sure Batmanacci has tried many soaps that may be considered "higher" tier. It's been a while since I've shaved with one of these but they weren't the best or the worst. My skin just needed a bit more protection during the shave and bit more post shave feel for my dry face.

The Extró soaps have nothing to do with TFS other than Don Donato created many of their fragrances. I've never been a fan of TFS soaps but they had many scents I enjoyed. I believe many of the RR soaps were (not sure about their new releases) Made by TFS. I would highly recommend you try an Extró soap if you get the chance. Protection and post shave are really nice.

Extro stopped the collaboration with TFS in Fall 2016.

I have one. Light aroma. All characteristics are at a high level. For me personally - this is definitely the top level. I enjoy this soap.

Yes, not at the moment.
As stated by 2e20, Extrò started doing soaps by himself in the end of 2016.
In the beginning, the factory was TFS.
