I really appreciate the job you guys do here. Mods and Admins have been excellent, as far as I have seen in multiple threads, at keeping the peace without being overbearing.

I agree that the conversation has devolved to a point of circlular arguments and unpleasantness, and I will refrain from any further participation on the topic, until such a point that someone new offers some insight and new opinions to discuss. Without new input, the conversation has become quite pointless...

That's good stuff.... I'd gladly have a beer with you my man.

So...who is Saul Goodman?

Not that it matters, I just prefer to know whom I am being compared to, and whether or not I should be insulted...Wink

Saul Goodman is/was a fictional, sleezey lawyer who is basically a conman, looking for loopholes in the law to defend the worst of drug dealers, gangsters and hustlers. Good at obscuring and fast talking away obvious facts and morals. A very funny guy, and in other respects quite likable. Featured previously on "Breaking Bad", and currently on "Better Call Saul".

(Note, the Saul Goodman comparison did not come from me.)

I assure you I am far from sleazy, I do not defend criminals, and I in no way "obscure" facts to support my opinion.

I am, however, quite adept at separating personal opinion from fact, and using real evidence and facts to support my opinion. I also happen to be quite good at putting those 2 components into written form and expressing them in what I believe is both an accurate and succinct manner.

I've also been told my entire adult life that I should have pursued a law degree, rather than psychology...

When evidence and facts are on your side, you don't need loopholes...
