Frank.  Reference your note last Friday that all orders received on Friday (except one you received when walking out) shipped on Friday.  I ordered early afternoon on Friday the 5th and paid for two day shipping.  I just received a shipping notice this afternoon — 5 days after I ordered — that item shipped on the 10th to arrive on the 12th. Why do you offer (and charge for) expedited shipping if you are taking 5 days just to get the package out the door? I am really disappointed as this is not the first time I have had shipping issues with your company.

I’m sorry that it took so long to get your order out and without a name I can’t look the order up.  I don’t know if your order was one that we could not fill on Friday as we ran out of the Skin Food splash and I had to make more on the Sunday so we could ship out the orders we got on Friday and over the weekend. We had a lot of pre orders that also had to be processed on the launch date on Friday so it was insanely busy Friday and the following Monday but all orders were filled by Monday.  The only thing I can think of is if you choose UPS which the girls at work bring to the UPS store which is right near where they live didn’t make it before closing time.  I take all the USPS orders to the post office and I can assure you between Friday afternoon and Monday all order we got up to that point went out. 

As far as the past. You probably know that I was processing orders via email and PayPal which believe me was a nightmare. The process took a lot longer without going into detail and was difficult for not only my customers but for myself as at the time I was a one man show. 

Please email me or pm me your information as I don’t recognize you by your screen name and I’ll refund you your shipping costs as I don’t purposely delay any orders unless I run out of a product and then I’ll contact the buyer to see what they’d like to do. Wait or get a refund. 

I ship on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Fridays so it depends on when an order comes in and and how many orders we get. Also in my shipping policy it states that orders can take up to 5 days to process but I do my best to get them out either on the day the order comes in or the next shipping day.  I think most of my customers can attest to that and I’m sorry for your inconvenience and disappointment. So get in touch and I’ll take care of you.
