DecemBoar '23 anyone?!

DecemBoar's Final Days

It has been a fun month, and I really enjoyed using my singular boars (Google what a group of boars are called!). For the final days of DecemBoar, this will be my set up:
Henson AL13 Mild V2
Personna Platinum Chrome
PAA Scentsless soap
Maggard Razors mixed badger/boar (70/30) knot in the Stirling handle.

I know this isn't the right forum for a razor review, but will we be getting a more thorough and updated review now that you've used it a few times (or did I miss the followup review? I only recall seeing shave #1)?

Glad you asked, Paul! I will see about putting something up in my Journal, but here are some comments I made shortly after today's shave:

The Henson Mild was used today, 3rd shave on a Personna PtCr blade...That Henson is really a great shaver for not needing much user input! This is how I usually nick myself, getting too carried away thinking that the razor is harmless! Same red spot appeared on the XTG pass below my nose, right above my lip and almost at the corner of my mouth. Must be how my skin is contoured there, so I need to pay attention to making a different face when I shave that area!

Last DecemBoar shave with the 24mm knot. What a great shave and a fun month.

Sunday we use the 28mm for its final show (during the month... and the year!).
