I am not able to unlock it yet, but I suspect it is a homophonic translation of a popular song. I was first introduced to homophonic translations by my research advisor, Dr. George Bodner, Department of Chemistry at Purdue University. He had a copy of Ladle Rat Rotten Hut, part of Anguish Languish by Howard Chase (circa 1940s per Wikipedia!).
