Beautiful quilt work handle, very classy! And putting that handle on the Yates is an interesting idea. I had the stubby handle and didn't care for it. The original handle is almost too long, and looks like an alien's probe instrument, even more than the Vector handle! I enjoy the Yates 921-M, but often felt that the handle could be shorter and I'd really like it! Now I'll have to try the Masamune handle and see how that goes. I typically don't think about mixing and matching, thinking things have to stay together!

Be careful, this was a spare handle that I ground and filed to fit.

Understood. I recall reading that the Tatara handles were proprietary. I will not attempt this at home!

Just wanted you to realize once you do what I did to use on regular razors, that handle won't work on the Tatara anymore. Like I said it was a spare handle I had without a head for it to fit at the time. Happy2
