No, we are anything but free to post our opinions and thoughts. The major forums are a ship breakers of banned members with the overwhelming majority neither trolls nor agenda. For a worldwide web the parochialism, fear of anything new beyond an artisan soap with a naked mermaid shaving a truck driver logo is pandemic. Anyone with a
mere style of expression outside the patois produces crucifix's, children held close to mother's bosoms and sweaty palms on pocket pistols with the safety off and pressed into the pistolero's own genitalia. It's amazing how new products of any worth can make it considering such studied mediocrity of soul.

People are perfectly free to express their opinions respectfully on this forum in any way they choose so long as they follow the rules of the forum.

There is a difference between being banned from a place because you politely expressed a contrary opinion and being banned from multiple forums because you continually post in a manner regarded as insulting and derogatory towards others.

You find both people here on DFS and out in the world. For the most part they get along here. This forum does not have draconian rule and Orwellian regulations. This forum asks for respect for everyone. Some people still miss the mark.

One thing I've learned over the years is that the people proudest of being banned and angriest over the reasoning tend to fall most heavily in the camp of "well deserved ban"...

If you have respect for other members, then you have nothing to fear.
Chris( Kav), when you said what you said to the moderators on TSN, didn't you expect a ban? No offense, but some members act like they want to get banned from a forum simply by not following the simplest of the rules. Respect. Sure, you are not free to start name calling people on the street, you wouldn't do that anyway. Yet, some people do that on forums thinking it's ok to say such things under the protection of anonymity. Chris, I just used your example to show you my way of thinking. I think it's pretty simple.

Evidently they transcend replies as well...

Seriously, out of all the posts in this topic, this is the one that's going to get labled as a "troll"?

If anyone thinks that some of our comments make no sense, it's because several posts were deleted, not by the moderators.

They still exist in quoted form so they're not completely gone.
