When people don't respond for a few days I always give the benefit of doubt as I for one am not psychic. Granted, it's indeed rare, but sometimes things happen, e.g., car wrecks, death in the family, Internet outages, etc. Around the holidays people get especially......detached.

My bad.Had that dish too many times myself! Appreciate your willingness to admit it to us, good for you and my best wishes to the buyer for a speedy recovery!

I have had good experiences for the most part when buying and selling on the forums. There are some very nice gentlemen on here.

Thanks as I had one similar recently too John. I'm interested in if still available and I respond it's yours and paypal info. At the end of the day I message and ask if they are completing the transaction. They respond, Oh I forgot and I really need to reduce things and don't need it. WHAT ?!?!?! Rudeness is becoming rampant of late...........

This topic might be why others items I buy (not shaving), and that need to be made due to backorders, are requiring payment up front. If someone manufactures an item specifically for an order and the person backs out I'd be really PO'ed if I was a the manufacturer. I don't like paying and waiting for merchandise, but OK, based on this thread I can understand why it's done.
I never had the problem or even saw it when I was in business because the order never got placed until money was in Paypal. Sure they could change their mind and request a refund, but no one ever did.
