Colonial Silversmith now available...

I have no connection to Kirk and Kyle Evans of Colonial Razor other than as a happy customer. I do live about 35 miles down the road from Birdsboro and am expecting delivery tomorrow of my own Silversmith after having shaved for two weeks with a friend’s from another board back in September. It delivers an amazingly efficient and smooth shave with little if any razor feel, comparable to my Rex Ambassador at about 3 1/2 - 4. It’s CNC machined from 316L SS. Just wanted to make folks aware of another great razor from two artisan makers who deliver an incredible product while working full-time in other jobs. Thus they don’t have much of a marketing budget other than word of mouth. These are two young men deserving of support from the wet-shaving community. The link to the site is HERE

Lots of great reviews about this razor. I’m definitely intrigued.

It’s really a fine razor! Mine is arriving in about two hours. I’m looking forward to taking it for a spin tomorrow morning. I shaved with one in September for two weeks, and it was smooth and incredibly efficient.
