We do hope so Glazedboker! We are assessing the entire design and tweaking it accordingly in hopes this is the last tweak coming up. On to production then.

A brass SE made in the USA I can’t wait to see it and try it.

Our machinist has us scheduled for prototype production starting on 9/10, so we will need to wait a tad longer than we had anticipated.

Just a quick note on v2.0. We have decided to go with 303 passivated stainless steel for this razor instead of brass like originally planned. The plan is to offer it in a raw finish, as well as a high polish version at a later date.

Good decision in my opinion.   I would not want to buy a razor that required "maintenance" so the brass would not work for me. That said, I really wish it were titanium instead. If it were, I would definitely buy one to upgrade my aluminum General.

Titanium could be a possibility at a later date. Not sure if our shop can machine Titanium. If not, we would need to find another shop to do so if we decide on pursuing the Titanium option.

That's a welcome change. I already own a brass and would look forward to SS or Ti version. Hope the release date doesn't get affected by this change?

The release won't be affected by switching to 303 SS.

+1 for Ti. I find that lighter AC razors provide a much closer and comfortable shave
