Saw this info at Colonial’s site today, Looks like “The General V2” will be making an appearance this month.  I’m curious to know how they can make this wonderful SE any better!

I'm not the biggest fan of the first version, it took me some time to master it and while it gives me close shaves it's not very comfortable. That said i'm still very interested in the second version, i hope it will be a sleek design like the Vector and that they make the handle a bit longer.

I don't currently own a General, but I'm hoping to snag one of the new production.  I'm really hoping it's Brass or Bronze, as I really like heavier razors, but I'll buy whatever he rolls out.

Sorry no idea if that will be an option, if what he has posted is still valid, there will be a polished version some time after the initial release which will be a raw finish.

Guess I’ll just keep my eye out for a brass version of the General on the BST boards.

Enjoy your shaves,
