Closed WW2 Gillette Contract Tech & Soviet Era Bakelite Razor

WW2 Gillette Contract Tech & Soviet Era HEBA (pronounced NEVA) Bakelite Tech Copy.
Both razors have cases. The Gillette bakelite case has a small fracture, but still functions.
I'm pretty sure the Gillette is NOS.  The HEBA might be as well.  Neither show signs of use.
