I'm looking for a Karve Aluminum Razor, if anyone has one in good shape to sell.

I exclusively use the Karve Brass. I feel like this would be a good comparable alternative/ backup.

If I can't find one used, I'll probably spring for a new one. However, If I can 'recycle' and save a bit of money, it's a win-win.

Happy Sunday folks!

Thanks!

That's basically my thought. I can take the Aluminum on a road trip. It'll also be a backup, but more than a duplicate of the Brass, it'll allow me a variety. With the weight difference and material change, it may just be fun to swap between the two, on occasion.

Still looking folks, fwiw. Thanks.

I gifted my brother a gold plated brass, my friend an aluminum who travels a lot and I have 2 aluminum and one stainless steel.

The SS and Brass will shave a bit more efficiently due to the weight but it’s very minor.   A tiny bit of pressure fixes it with the Al.

Wow, all Overlanders? ... And I thought I was a fan. Lol. You have good taste, sir.

I know it's not the most efficient razor, but for my skin it's the best I've found. I'm happy to see others as excited as I am for this razor.

Happy Monday. Have a great start to your week!

Well, my impatience got the best of me. I ordered a brand new one from Karve.

I did, however, grab one with a nice red baseplate... Now that they're offering that on the Overlander. Hopefully it'll be as stunning in person as it is in the pictures.

For the kind folks who watched this thread, and helped with advice, I've attached a picture. I especially appreciate your help Mike dtownvino .

Closing this thread. Thanks folks![Image: 347b20fb4b9e929b384646dfe0f73616.jpg]
