Closed Rare Vintage Rooney Finest Shaving Brush - Final Price Reduction

Offered is an extremely rare, vintage Rooney Finest 3/1 brush with a 22mm/48mm high-loft knot.  I only offer it because it is a duplicate.  I have not used the brush, and I believe it may be NOS and unused, but I am not certain.  The knot has the typical long, very white hair tips, and the lettering on the handle is crisp and clear.  The original box is included.  $675 shipped CONUS.
