Happy Anniversary Shawn!

Chatillon Lux has changed the way I view scent in both post shaving and shaving products - you've also got me started down the path of EDT/EDP which is something I couldn't even have imagined a year ago. I am grateful for the creativity and professionalism you bring to your craft and also for your ability to retain the human aspect in your dealings with all of us on DFS and in the broader world.  I wish you a long, creative and successful career with Chatillon Lux Provisions and Parfums.

Thank you Happy2
Mark

Ditto!

Thanks, guys! I think some of the most awesome things I hear is when I help bring people into the fragrance world, both mine and others', as well. It's a natural extension of the shaving world and there is so much to explore out there! It's been an exciting three years, but perhaps the best part is I always am finding that the present and future is what excites me the most.

Thanks, Freddy! I'm glad you're under my spell, er, enjoying the smells!

Also, happy father's day to all the dads out there! I just spent the day with DADillon Lux and gave him Lumberyard Man aftershave and EdT: a scent I made to replicate the scents of visiting my dad's lumberyard when I was a kid when he would have me smell the newly cut red cedar shavings. It's a great way to illustrate how the little things you do as a father can have a big influence on your children's future. I tip my hats to the great dads of DFS.

Hi hawns.  You know how impressed I was with your Maggard Razors Meet-up Aftershave Splash.  I used it again after today’s shave and remain just as impressed.  However, when I use it depends on what eau de toilette I finish with.  I was wondering if you ever considered making it in an unscented formulation so that it could be used any time, whether my EdT of choice is Rose Santal, Sylva, Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli, the upcoming Lamplight Penance or any other I have in my den?

Funny you should ask that (seriously, this is going to look like I had you throw me a softball, haha), because I just got unscented labels for my aftershave and toner made and just need to bottle it and then they will be ready to go. I was hoping to have them ready for the Aug 25 release of the Summertime Chill series, but no promises.

Seriously, you read my mind Tongue

I’m wearing Fourth and Pine Eau de Cologne this morning (it arrived yesterday) and have already received compliments on it. While I will happily wear this year round, this is a wonderful summer scent with its front and center citrus makeup. Smile

Glad it arrived safely and even better that you're not the only one enjoying it Smile

Also, I could see it being perfectly suited for a San Diego "winter."

Hey, it gets cold here in San Diego in winter.  Sometimes it only gets up to 62°F in February.  However, better that than St. Louis summer weather.  I sweat just thinking about it.  Now that's when Fourth and Pine would come in handy. Winking
