If I'm a fan of Timless 95 & the Blackbird, level 3 is the way to go right?

Also do they do OC or SB better? Usually I go for what the company does best, rather than always one or the other.

As soon as theyre back from break I'm gonna be on the hunt for one. They are near the top of my list to acquire.

I'm just one guy, but I own a Timeless .95 open comb and a Blackbird open comb, as well as two Charcoal Goods Level 3 razors--both open comb and straight bar. I enjoy all four, and use each frequently. If I were forced to prioritize, I would put them in this sequence: Charcoal open comb; Charcoal straight bar; Blackbird; Timeless. But that's just me.

Appreciate the input.

Interesting order, btw. I have the SB Blackbird and the OC 95 Timless and couldn't choose between them.

That makes sense to me. I suspect the SB Blackbird is a bit milder than the OC version, and I find the Timeless .95 OC a bit milder than the Blackbird OC. In my den, the SBs are generally a bit milder than OCs.

Would steer you to a Lvl 2...it is very efficient and smooth.
I have the SB Lvl 2 and it is a great razor for shaving daily or 2-3 days growth

Tried and own lvl 3 and it is about as aggressive as Muhle R41 2013 and smoother....but you still
have to watch every stroke...

BlackBird is my second favorite razor and CG level 2 is my 3rd/4th favorite. But I did not like SS Timeless 95 that much - I mean, I liked it, but didn't love it, felt a bit(very little) harsh to me. So I guess if I were you, I would go with CG level 3 - you might find level 2 a bit mild.

Love, love my level 3 OC. Brass lasts forever if taken care of but I bought a spare just in case.

timeless is described as "mild aggressive" while CG Lvl 3 is classified as "very aggressive".

I would describe my Timeless 0.95 OC as mild, mild, aggressive. On the level of my Gillette Red-tip. I think my Gillette NEW long comb is more aggressive. The charcoal goods lvl 3 is on another level so to speak.
