Personally, I like Cella -- mostly. The only negative that I can think of is its consistency out of the tub. It's a little sticky and gooey, which makes face lathering a bit more of a challenge. It bowl lathers great though and the performance is very nice. I also love the almond scent -- it is almond right?
For me, it's one of the best bang-for-your-buck soaps out there. In terms of performance, it rivals soaps that are twice or three times its price, and comes in a very convenient, travel wise, container. It's likely that it'll be the one I'll bring along with me next summer when on holidays.
I have also heard guys stating that the 1 Kg brick performs better. Not that I'm willing to test it myself. With only seven soaps in my rotation and already realizing that I have well over a year worth of shaves, I wouldn't buy 1 kg of soap unless I'd be sharing it with at least other ten fellow wetshavers.

Owned the red tub. Used it 3 times in 2 years. Found out it had turned a bit. I own a good number of soaps, so often neglect soaps in my den. Threw it out.
Then got a deal on the 1 kg brick. Somewhat firmer. Have now used the 1 kg brick twice. It performs very nice, and from memory, a bit better than the red tub.
A true classic.
