Carbon Cx Titan .68

Here is my First Carbon Cx Titan .68 I actually was impressed with packaging and little attention to detail I really like it a lot.

Machining on it is very nice hands down mind you  Titanium is a tough material to work on, and polish well that’s a another story depending on finish..

Weight on it was 32gr it’s amazing and my first shave was very nice no nicks and cuts but I feel would need .71 plate or + to get that less blade exposure, not saying .68 wasn’t good it’s comfortable to shave with, or ride the cap to find that right sweet spot for a smooth shave..

Overall I’m very happy with it and it’s a change for me I can defintely say I’m getting along better with my Carbon than with Wolfman lol..

I’ll give 10/10 to Carbon Hands Down for their products and finish…maybe adding little sticker in package or decal would be nice touch.

It’s a lovely razor and looks particularly beautiful in your photos. The Cx Ti (even without the carbon fibre handle section) was too light for me, although mine has the webbed base plate which probably makes the head lighter than yours. I find for me that if a razor gets below, say, 45g then it feels too light for my preference - but maybe I just need to get used to it. It obviously works for you, though. It’s quite a feat to make a 32g metal razor without resorting to aluminum.

Thanks for the comment, well look I have few decent razors that I actually can use and to be quite happy with it and not to be bored with lol..

Now I never had Carbon and payed attention to it to be honest, but upon receiving this Titan .68 I was actually impressed I know nothing about the company or Sean who makes them but I’ll say he is making some magnificent pieces Hands Down..now you YMMV and we all have different views of course but I’m really intrigued with Carbon their packaging, design, and how they are using some different material such as Damascus this is truly an Art 

I used it twice and so far I been getting great shaves yes it’s light and feels strange in hands with 32gr only but using is second time I was good with it I get the point of it, I did manage to get the + Ti Web plate so this will remove that blade exposure and get that nice smooth shave like my CG Gen Lvl1 

Overall is it worth to get this Carbon Razor?  Short answer is Yes and I highly Reccomend it price point not cheap but hey you pay what you Get right so no Complains there..
