Why since it's "just another copy"?

Doesn't look like a copy to me at all. As a matter of fact, that is the prettiest injector I've ever seen, Schick Type F included!

Look forward to a shave report on that beauty.

One part deco, 1/4 part steampunk aesthetic, two parts awesome.

I'd love to learn more of pricing and availability as well as looking forward to the shave reports too darkbulb .

I don't think there will be a sense of pricing until Tom figures out how/if it will go into production .
What I personally really like about the razor - apart from the looks of it - is that;
- it's all made by one man - all the way from design to standing infront of the machine and making it...to having his family help him design a logo Smile

- it's been a wonderful community-effort in a way. Tom started this to just see if he could make an injector razor for himself. Over on TSD we encouraged him create a new thread about his creation..and from there it took off quite a bit. What started as a non-adjustable/replaceable base plates razor with a replaceable handle got, in many cases, "voted" on in the thread by the participants (even down to details such as how the baseplates should be secured (two screws or one larger bolt).

- that is's an OC injector. I am personally a big fan of OC razors and looking forward to now being able to add an OC injector to the mix (the closest I have is an OC repeating Schick).

As mentioned he made, I think 5-6 prototypes (B-V3 is of course the third shave-able prototype made) and they are now dispersed to a number of locations and testers so that he can get feedback on how it shaves and what should be changed. He is apparently already working on B-V4 Smile

It would be fun if it makes it to 'market'.

(I'll be shaving with it come Monday)

There's a dedicated Canadian pass-around going up and should be really easy for you to get in on.

That thing looks pretty damn cool. I like it! Let us know how it shaves.
