Knothead Brush Works custom brush auction for DFS. Read more here!!

I wanted to share a great find that I stumbled upon while cruising the aisles of Home Depot. This little tube was made to hold screws or nails but is the perfect size for my Maggard 24mm synthetic which I use for traveling. It was only $2.40 and stood up to plenty of abuse as I recently returned from a trip to Africa under less than ideal conditions. The top comes off and has holes similar to a coin purse which allows the brush to air out (although I dried my brush out as best as possible before storage).  They make them in a few different sizes and colors so I'm sure the secret won't be mine for much longer.

Very smart! I'll admit that I just toss my cheaper synthetics in my dopp bag and let them get beaten up. Your solution is much better Smile.

I think I got a brush from Nathan that came packaged in something similar. It is a nice packaging.

Thanks gents, hopefully it works out for you as well. Hard to pass on considering the price and availability. Looks a lot better than my old prescription bottle.

Awesome idea! Nice find.

Maybe delicately drill some holes in the "top" side for venting?

You have just shamed me into tossing out my prescription bottle.
I will miss seeing the contents and dosage label every morning.
