Brush challenge!

DAY FOUR OF MY ABAD SOTD

Today I'm using this beautiful Romera Rustic Chubby 30x50 just about a perfect knot, with wonderful flow through and delightful face feel. It simply doesn't get much better than this.

Those Romera knots are just wonderful, Din! That is a lovely photo, as well. Good thing for our perpetual moss as it provides such a lovely background for our pics.

how do you find the glue bump on that knot, Dinder1 ?

Those Romera knots are just wonderful, Din! That is a lovely photo, as well. Good thing for our perpetual moss as it provides such a lovely background for our pics.  

I totally agree about the knots and the moss celestino while some people spend their time and money trying to get rid of moss I just appreciate it for its beauty.

I actually never gave the glue bump much thought, but I would not change a thing as this is one my favorites and it is so well balanced @"uncle_dubya"

DAY FIVE ABAD - SOTD

Today I am using my Plisson High Mountain White. While this is a smaller brush by today's standards at 22x56 it really splays and feels much larger and envelopes the face in luxury.

DAY SIX OF MY ABAD SOTD

Today we have a new arrival in the BSB2 brush with Vie Long knot 25x48 two band fan shape.

Lovely items and photo, Din!

Just a little update on the performance of the new BSB2 brush. The knot on this brush performed really, really well, great backbone, no scritch at all, and really great flow through especially for a dense brush.
When the brush arrived I realized the handle was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. I grabbed my CH1 and sure enough, it's from what i can tell,  the exact same size and shape handle as the BSB.

I really enjoyed my shave with this new brush, and here it is next a CH1.
