When at our cabin we spend a lot of time on the deck. If the weather is right I like to cook and serve our meals out there. Even breakfast.
I have posted about this in the past but figure a new thread can't hurt.

We have a small gas grill that lacks a side burner. It was purchased intentionally as the two side trays fold down making storage easier.

The meats and English muffins can go directly on the grill grates. I have sausage sizzling for ML and the ever wonderful Spam for myself.

I use an antique cast iron griddle to cook the eggs. It  preheats while the meats cook. I am making ML an omelet with sausage and Monterey jack  cheese. It is good for cooking as it melts smoothly without separating.

I had eggs over easy with Spam and an English muffin to dunk into the liquid yolks. We enjoyed the meal and watching the sun burn off the haze as the world woke up.

A great way to start the day.
