Looks great. Now I need to see it on the store so I can get mine before you sell out. Very much looking forward to getting my hands on one as it's the last chance for an AC safety razor to work as well in a safety razor as they do in their shavettes.

We probably won’t sell out. I try hard to prevent it and I’m usually successful for the machined finish. Other finishes are a different story, but that’s getting there, too.

Blackland Razors You always name your razors after well known jet aircraft. the only Vector I know of was an X plane used to test out maneuverability features for future jets. Is this the same one or is there another Vector?

You know your stuff. A friend suggested the name as I hadn’t planned on using X planes, but the name just feels perfect. Add in the fact that it was testing maneuverability (which this razor is all about) and was a joint venture by Germany and the US (my last name is German) and it just fits. The Blackbird design was actually inspired by the aircraft, but every razor since has only borrowed names.

You guys are in for a treat. This razor shaves even better than it looks.

Mild on the face with just a touch of blade feel with the results of much more aggressive razors. This is a home run IMO

You don't officially know it yet, but it'll be in the $185-$200 range.

Good to know. I have given up buying Feather AC type safety razors because after a while they were all the same, but the Vector has peaked my interest like my original AC safety razor, the Asylum RX. I will watch this very closely (along with the Jet finish on your Blackbird).
