Woweee this is good stuff..... Colleague at work gave me a sample of captains pipe a month ago.... Got that and black beard and Davey jones with matching splashes for my birthday...... Dr. Jons has not been unseated, but this is pretty damn fine stuff.

Beaver Woodright is one I have not got round to trying yet. The reviews are always very good however I have recently seen someone state that Thomas Tew is very lightly scented and I was hoping it would be a strong citrus scent.

They have a new scent coming out called "Philip's Fougere" which has a 'Scottish' twist (green grasses, fir, ferns, oakmoss, lavender) to the fougere scent. I also read BW are in a joint collaboration with Dr. Jon (one is doing the soap and the other the splash) called "Bandit". Bandit - herbs, citrus, incense, patchouli, leather, and whiskey. Both are to be available mid May.

Love it. BW has been one of my top five soaps since I got my first tub. So far have had Jolly Roger, Pirates Bay, Ghost Ship, Captain Scurvy, and The Black Rose. Wound up not using Pirates Bay, and used Capt Scurvy once, not for performance, the scents just didn't jive with me.

Thomas Tew and Blackbeard are the next up on my list to try.

My favorite stuff from BWW is their AS splashes. I've gotten a couple of their soaps that lacked scent strength but Captains Pipe and Shipwreck Cove bring the scent in spades. Its a good performer too, and the packaging is killer. Kelly has improved and improved with that brand.

If I'm not mistaken, I ended up with that tub of Pirate's Bay, which currently sits right at the top of my list of favorites. So thanks again for that!

I love the Beaver Woodwright line of soaps. I have Pirate's Bay and Shipwreck Cove soaps, and both are simply fantastic performers with outstanding scents. I love them!

You are correct my friend! I couldn't let it just sit here not being used since I knew the performance, for me, was awesome. So it needed to be enjoyed by someone else, and I'm glad you like it so much!

This is another on my wish list, I haven't seen a poor review of it yet but there isn't a ton out there on it yet. Looks like it will be a good soap to try.

Wanted to try Queen Anne's Revenge, but either they did not answer my inquiries or my company blocked their replies.
