If you want I’ll send you a sample of my Bay Rum EDT. It’s the strongest Bay Rum I’ve ever smelled but it’s not an aftershave.

Send me a pm

What the heck, I just ordered a bottle and another tub of the soap. Big Grin
Can't have too much Bay Rum.

Everybody loves Bay Rum

An update some of you might be interested in:

As you may know from reading my review in the Reviews section, I did buy the Grand Bay Lime bay rum.

It was a little hard to find, not many people had it.  Anyway, as an aftershave I really didn't care for it.  The lime effect is very minor, and the bay essence is a little bit turpentinish. However, Alcohol content is quite high, and it will sting if you had a rough shave..  No where near as pleasant an experience as with Pinaurd products.  Nevertheless, I did find two things that I like about it.  First, it makes an excellent after bath splash.  Actually one of my favorites.  Second, it make a great boot leg mixer for Pinaud Brandy Spice A/S, and would work maybe even better as a booster for VIBR to cut down the clove strength.  So, I probably will buy it again to use for those purposes.  Sometimes life gives you lemons (or in this case limes) and you make lemonade!

I can attest to the scent of this soap as really good.  I do find it doesn’t quite agree with my skin (the butters give me small pimples) but my skin is sensitive to this.  It would be my #2 bay rum (behind Ethos) if I didn’t have this reaction.

And it also lathers huge - I think for some of you this would be a true winner.

The all natural essential oil blend in this is just very well done.

I’m slowly looking down the bay rum rabbit hole and tried a few but want to try a few more… you know.. for “science”.

Is anyone able to compare PAA Atomic Age bay rum vs PAA Classico? It’s not clear from the descriptions what the differences may be.

Atomic Age may be the best bay rum ever tried scentwise. It not for faint of heart

Thanks! It does smell great. Just curious if Classico is similar at all.

I have both. I can say they’re different and they’re both great. Sorry I can’t provide any technical details as to what makes them different
