VIBR dupe ?
I've never smelled VIBR and haven't received the new fine bay rum yet.  I think it's shipping on the 9th.

VIBR. If it didn’t come from a bottle labeled bay rum, I’m not sure I’d call it bay rum. That’s just my nose talking. It’s not a bad scent but I don’t get any bay rum from it

Me too, but since I am deep in south TX I probably won't see it until next Mon. at earliest.

It did go live on their site as well:

Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

Well, my tracking says by Friday (in theory).

tracking shows it's in Philadelphia now so it should be delivered to me tomorrow...I'm only a state below them so that was expected.

my fine bay rum arrived today before I had to leave for work. I was able to give it a few sniffs before heading out. I can say based on those few quick sniffs, this smells like the typical - imho good smelling version - of bay rum to me.

Thats good to hear Andrew - I figured that given Fine's track record he wasn't going to stray too far from what we expect for a Bay Rum.  I'm glad

I've used it 2x now.....nice bottle, I like that it has an integrated reducer...scent smells similar on my skin as it does in the bottle. skin conditioning seems good and the scent has pretty decent longevity...I put it on roughly an hour ago from this post and can smell faint whiffs of the scent. the only downfall, imho, is that this bay rum has menthol in it. I'm a believer that menthol doesn't belong in bay rum...

Mine arrived as well and I will only add that while having a nice scent it is as I feared, ephemeral with little projection. However, that is the bane of all bay rums.
