I know, I’m running behind. I’m going to get all bay rum aftershaves in my possession together in one place for a family portrait. I’m considering going through them and giving my thoughts on each one. Not a review per se because what do I know but just what I like or don’t like about each one. After that I think I’ll give my thoughts on which one(s) I consider to be best. This will obviously be my opinion for what it’s worth. This will take a bit of time but I will do it. Maybe after I do my taxes Sad

Has anyone tried the recently released A&E “bay rum” ? I initially dismissed it on reading the description- bay rum for people who don’t like bay rum. Right, in my book that’s called not bay rum. By the time I came around to thinking that maybe I should buy it so I can give it an informed dismissal it was sold out. Oh well.

Stay tuned.

Compares nicely. Not too much longevity, but let's be honest, neither does the Dominica.

HAGS recently dropped their bay rum: https://theshavesupply.com/collections/h...shave-soap

I haven't smelled it so I can't comment on it but I love their splashes and balms.

I’ve always liked bay rum and lime but I’ve found that most bay rum and lime aftershaves are not as good as they could be. Solution? Roll your own! Smile

I've been off the run for many years, but am looking forward to the arrival of Mike's Bay Run to finally give it a try again, I feel it is time to revisit.
