bath soap of the month

PdP describes it as “Airy, Marine, Aquatic”. I find it has a clean scent that is not overwhelming, which is my preference.

Pesco in Fiore (La Florentina) woody peach

This is a mighty 10½ ounce bar of triple-milled soap. I've been using it for weeks, but it still looks like I've hardly touched it. I figure I've used about two ounces so far, so I won't be surprised if this soap lasts until the end of August. Good thing I like the scent. It's a pleasant peach – not too strong, not too sweet – with just a bit of woodiness.

Pré de Provence, Spiced Rum

Tommy, this Spiced Rum bled all over my tub and turned it yellow. So I cut in half and started using it as a hand soap next to the kitchen sink. Now it's turning that yellow, too. It's kind of a mess. And the scent? Smells like toasted pumpkin pie – an aroma I like, but not in a bath soap. I'm not sure I'm going to work my way through this bar.

Bouki, only worthy for a Thanksgiving day shower. Not a fan either. I am just finishing up PdP Linden.

Big PdP fan - and I busted open a big bar of Lime Zest.

Not a favorite, but it will get me through July with a smile.

In a pinch you can use it as a shave soap too.

I enjoy this thread. There must be a zillion bar soaps just in the U.S.
