Hello all, Tired of using wash cloth and am looking for a mitt or something that exfoliates, but holds the lather. Right now I'm using Stirling Sheep Soap. very nice and a great lather but with the wash cloth I get no exfoliation and no lather retention. I looking for some suggestions based on your experiences. I looked online and there a ton of items I know nothing about. Thanks, Charlie.

have you tried a shower poof? I used to rub a puck of soap directly onto the poof and then lather up. I suppose you could also rub the soap directly onto the skin, then come back with the poof for the exfoliation action.

I have been using one of these for a few years, well not the same one but they do seem to last twice as long as my wife's loofah. They scrub and lather great. They can be a little rough at first but break in quickly.

I use a Kent Shower Bat, its a bristle brush with a shorter handle than a back brush and it has a hole in the end of the handle that fits your pinky finger just right so you don't lose your grip on it and drop it on your foot.  Good scrub. I also use a bristle back brush because my wife won't always come and scrub my back when I need it.  I know right?Smile  I got a sisal dry scrub brush a few weeks back to give the hide a good brushing down helps with circulation etc.  I showed it to my wife and she felt how coarse and abrasive it was and said "this is German right?"  It isSmile  She's half German and is familiar with the German mind and the need to inflict varying degrees of discomfort on oneself in order to build moral character.
