Is the scent similar to the one experienced during the dry down of Aqua Velva?
I've read many descriptions for it, including one saying " freshly cut, not completely seasoned wood scent with some spiciness and a bit of smoke and leather added in" ...

I would describe the scent as: Peculiar. I wouldn't call the scent bad -- just kind of strange. Who knows though. There are fragrances that others like that I don't like -- Fine American Blend comes to mind. There are also scents that others can't stand that I like -- Tabac, for example. The only thing I can say for sure, is that it's a "unique" fragrance. The soap itself performs beautifully.

When do you plan to debut the new packaging for Latha?

Not for awhile yet. We're looking to finish the main line first.

Angel  I have tried all the scents except for the Lavanda, as I am not a  huge fan of Lavender in general.
Here is a lovely lather shot of luscious Latha lather... say that five times fast!

Wow, looks like ice cream melting. Love that sheen in the lather.

Tried Latha Limon for the first time today. What a great scent! The hint of rose in there really makes it for me. Going to see a lot of use this summer.

Will, is the Latha Le Petit Chypre a permanent addition to the Latha line or just seasonal? Thank you

I picked up a tub of Latha Original from Maggard, can't wait to shave with it. To me it was the best smelling one out of all of them (going off of scent out of the tub) and I know the performance is outstanding.

It's seasonal-ish. We'll be discontinuing it at the end of June (probably on the 20th, which is the release date for Adagio and Cologne Russe). We're planning to do another limited-but-longer-production Latha later this year that we think people will enjoy quite a bit. Smile

This sounds like incredible news. I've enjoyed four of the Lathas so far this year and look forward to trying another flavor. I'm still very very impressed by this formula. Keep 'em coming bud.
