However I read a description which said it's like Chesire and a fougere had a baby! That made me laugh so I was able to pick it up on IB. Also really love the artwork. You've come a long way since selling pucks on their lonesome.
Let me know what you think, Chris.
Given it a few shaves now (fast delivery from IB!). I feel I can detect each influence: at the edges the citrus and slightly acrid alcohol, the black tea in which the amber is either lost or influencing the tea to make it blacker, and then pleasant petunias dominant. I've decided I do like it although I find the petunias a bit too bright, albeit not cloying like floral scents that put me off. Personally I would have downplayed the floral just a notch or two. I'm not calling for what's clearly a summer scent to be akin to Leviathan... just a notch or two darker with a bit more tea and/or amber. Anyhow, I think I'll enjoy it on the rare Irish sunny day. Thankfully I still have the original fougere's and lavanille for the remainder of summer days with threatening dark clouds which require that dose of darkness and depth I crave.
TL;DR: I feel the whale (ambergris) played a more dominant part in the story than the petunias who didn't mind anyway.

Will there be any way to ship these internationally? Perhaps a UK (better yet Irish!) distributor?
