It's good for the artisans as well. Helps with possibility of ordering more if pre-order exceeds their expectation. Not too sure if it's scales the other way though (I.e. reduce stock if pre-order is less than expected).

They're glass. Smile

It does scale the other way, yes. It's extremely helpful.

For sure, the pre-order system has been working out great. No worrying about a release date/time and missing out, etc. Less stress is good.

Another thumbs up for the pre-order system on the Barrister_N_Mann Reserve.

I've shaved with the Beaudelaire three times now, and the last time I shaved with it, I picked up some notes that reminded me of the Classic Clubman AS. Anyone else get this sense?
All the best,

Question for Will - Do you have any new Glissant or Latha shave soap scents coming out this year or just what's on the schedule?

You mean, like, NEW new? First Snow is coming back (which I haven't put up on the schedule yet) and we're planning to release a new Latha, whose name is yet to be decided. Other than that, primary focus is on Barrister's Reserve, for which there will be at least two more scents released. There will be some new work next year, though. Smile

Yes I was talking NEW new. lol. I haven't tried First Snow so that's new enough for now. Have you considered using any of the Barrister's Reserve scents for the Glissant base?

No, Barrister's Reserve is not intended for that kind of thing. If any shaving medium is made using those fragrances, it will probably be a cream of some type, but that is way off in the future.

Got it. Thanks.

Will, any chance of a vetiver based shaving soap for spring 2017 ?
Sort of like either a dark Chanel Sycamore/Encre Noire vetiver or a more classic tobacco-citrus Guerlain like vetiver ?
Both would work for late winter and early spring 2017
Cheers, Claus from Denmark
