We got an April 1st snow storm. We had to go out twice to clear. Through out the day it mixed with sleet of ice.
I started clearing 8 inches. A heavey sleet rain mix made it 6 inches by time I finished. But we got another 3 inches.

All in all for April Fools Day I would rather just have someone put salt in the sugar bowl Shy

It looks beautiful, Phil, but I'm really glad that I get to see it from 3,000 miles away.  Getting that on 1 April is something that only ShadowsDad can appreciate. Big Grin

I didn't even put the snowplow on the truck. I trusted the forecasters to hype it to sell the makin's for French Toast as they normally do. (milk, eggs, and bread)

:-) We didn't get it to that degree. Southern Maine got 12" at last count (Hollis). It snowed all day for us, but the temp' was high enough and the snowfall light enough that we have less than an inch last I saw when it was still light. The storm passed to our south. We still have plenty of snow.

The Tuesday storm might give us more, but no one knows for sure at this time. But at this time the bulk of it is expected to pass to our north. My hope is far to our north. The ground is so soft that I can't possibly plow any accumulation without also plowing the driveway and the lawn so I won't do it at all. I hope to get so little that I just pack it down by driving over it to help it to melt. But if we get more than a little we'll just keep the car parked and take the 4x4 out. Whatever we get won't last long, the sun is too high in the sky.
