Hello guys!

I would like to trade my 2016 ATT S2 base plate. I am looking for a S1 base plate.

The open comb design is just not for me. The S2 has less than 10 shaves.

I would Also be interested in buying the S1 If No trades are possible.

Thank you!

I'm sure ATT Razors offer a 1 month swap deal with the razor heads. If you are within your month they will swap the base plate for an S1 for no charge. The vendor I bought my S1 from said they would honour that deal as well.

If you dig down in the FAQs on the ATT site they outline the process - I found that after I signed into my account and filled out the "Contact" form on the website and inquired about the possibility of and the process related to exchanging for a milder head. ATT ignored my email/contact form and when I went back to see why I'd heard nothing and then scoured their site for the FAQ that said how to do it was past the 30 days so I figured I'd just make do. Or sell the razor. Not really impressed with their approach to "customer service" - even James aka Wolfman replies to emails and I know he is a busy man.

I'm sorry to hear of your bad experience. I've not actually bought from them direct, I purchased mine from the UK vendor who is also based in Glasgow and fortunately I have a good relationship with them and they said they would honour the 1 month agreement. In the end the S1 suited me down to the ground and I didn't need to put the agreement to the test.

Marko have you tried emailing him directly? The contact form didn't work for me either, but he responded to my email fairly quickly. If you ask him about it and explain your experience, there's a chance he might let you do the swap (through the mailing exchange process).

The S1 is great. Very comfortable.

NeoXerxes I'll try giving it a shot - do you have his email? Thanks for the tip.
