No, it is not. RIF (reading is fundamental).
Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

Gentlemen,do not hurry to jump into conclusions .

At October of year 2010 the PPI ceased the production of Polsilver Super Iridium razor blades ,
due to global Iridium supply shortages ,while it's already high demand for other ( far more high-tech ) applications
was constantly increasing.Price of Iridium skyrocketed.Availability was at minimum levels.

After some time ( couple of years,do not remember exactly when ) ,
the production restarted ,but this time the Polsilver blades lack the Iridium coating/plating .
They are just Extra stainless. No counterfeit Polsilvers there.
They are original ones ,made by PPI  for the Polish market .
They lack also the Super Iridium stamp on the blades.

^^^^Both are original ones .
At left the new ones ,while at right the old ones, the iridium coated ones.

A small trivia : Vintage Polsilver blades by Polish Wizamet (before Polsilver brand was acquired by Gillette ),
were not Iridium plated, just as the newer ones are not !

Wizamet Super Iridium ,is more-or-less the same blade with the old Polsilver.
Tested and proven.Made for the North-African market.

^^^ 100% the same blades .

And yes, they are still Iridium plated.
Only problem with Wizamets is ...that there are fakes circulating and
the original ones are not constantly in production (unlike the Polsilvers which are ) ,
but they get produced in rather small quantities ,about twice annually .

Right now ,here in Greece ,the Wizamets
are available at our local shaving shops :
https://www.wellshaved.gr/100-antallakti...er-iridium

Polsilvers were widely available ( and pretty cheap ) ,
in Poland ,before the war between Russia and Ukraine .
They were sold at Polish markets for about $9 -$10 per
100 pcs !!!
Currently ,I think there's a shortage of them ,
as Poland and Russia have ceased or "frozen"
all commercial trading activities between them .

But ,as stated ,the Wizamets made for the
N.African market ,they are still available to local shaving
shops. And they still do have that Iridium coating ,also.

These are vintage Polsilvers for export to
North African countries ( Egypt,Algeria,etc ).
Made by Wizamet ,Poland ,before the Polsilver
brand was acquired by Gillette.

The vintage Polsilver ,the vintage Nacets ,
the vintage Wilkinson Sword and the vintage Minoras
were the "best of the best" amongst the blades that were
available after WWII here in Greece ,
at least according to quite a few of local old timers
and long ago retired ( but thankfully still alive ) barbers.
