More birthday gifts for myself came today.
Williams Rose shaving soap from the 1920s, amazingly still with some scent.

And a bottle of Roger & Gallet L'Homme aftershave.

I received a beautiful brush from Peter at Wolf Whiskers that'll be used in a future giveaway on the forum. The brush has a very minor flaw on it at the bottom of the handle next to the coin.

I got a trinket box from Brazil, hardwood with an agate inlay in the cover.  After I cleaned out the felt lining, the box is perfect for holding a mug shaving soap puck.

Just received a 1973 Black Beauty from Scott owner of Hibco Shave Shoppe.  He does excellent work and has excellent customer service.  He replated the head and adjuster in Rhodium and repainted the handle and numbers.  He did an great job.  I have both a long handle and short handle Black Beauties in my collection that are original that I don't use, so I had this one Rhodium plated to shave with.  It's a work of art in my opinion.  In fact I have 3 other razors that he's done and they are all beautiful. http://hibcoshaveshoppe.com/
