Any New York Yankee Fans - Need Advice

Coming over to New York with my wife on 12th - 19th September 2017
Never done a baseball game and note that the yankees are at home on some of he dates I'm over
What kind of price is reasonable for tickets and what are good seats to look for ?
Do I buy before or wait till nearer the time

If you are going to Yankee Stadium bring a lot of money. The 2017 season ticket prices have probably not been posted however, tickets range about $50 to $2500 per ticket and food is another matter. If you are visiting New York and staying in a hotel the best way to go to the stadium is by subway (train) as the station is next door to the stadium. Tickets can be obtained online from Ticket Master or Stub Hub.
