I've been using Love My Skin almond aftershave, and while it's soothing, its scent is pretty weak. I have also used Caswell-Massey Almond balm, but it is too thick for me. Has anyone here used Col. Conk Almond balm or Ginger's Garden almond aftershave and has a recommendation about it? Or any other almond aftershave?
Thanks.

I've used Col Conks Bay Rum aftershave. It's a standard alcohol based aftershave. In looking at the ingredients of both, I'm guessing the Almond scent is more like an alcohol based aftershave than a balm.

Not sure if you want to go to this trouble, though you could get a small container of almond essential oil and boost the scent of Love My Skin.

Good idea.  I've ordered some of the oil and will try adding it sparingly.

And I ordered from PAA some Chella Cool, a mentholated almond aftershave, since it has gotten some raves.

yes, with almond scent a little goes a long way.

Depending on how thick the balm is, as well as the type of container its it, you may need to remove it from the container to mix in the scent. This is all well and good until you need to get thick balm into a small container opening. Let me know if you run into trouble there and I'll share what I figured out.

Thank you. Actually the Love My Skin is a splash lotion, with a removable flow-limiting plastic insert, so I should be able to just use a pipette to add a couple drops to the bottle and then shake it up to mix.

Let know what you think of the PAA Chella cool when you try it.
