Custom options is definitely good practice – saves you from some headaches, while still accommodating “adventurous” customers. Smile

Providing custom options has worked well for us because some of our more creative (or adventurous, as you say) patrons have inspired several of our multi-resin "Bi-Colour" handles such as the Pug, L7, Beehive (with which we're especially happy!), and Style 1, along with a few others we've not (yet) put in our catalog.  Interestingly, we were inspired to create the Rosebud (pictured below) while turning an L7 Bi-Colour; so one might call Rosebud an evolutionary consequence.   Smile
