It's called the CS Satin Black .93 DE Shave Razor, and can be purchased on Etsy.  It's a very efficient blade forward variation of the Bevel Razor.

Dimensions are: Blade gap: 0.93mm, Blade exposure: 0.9mm, Blade angle: 30°, Head weight: 30g @ 47mm wide, Handle weight: 50g @ 91mm long.

Designed in Israel; sold from Tel Aviv.  Made in China (zamak head, brass handle, black satin finish).  10 days from Tel Aviv to Seattle, USA.

I got a very clean shave in just 1 pass, using a Feather blade, with no nicks or weepers.  That is my standard, and this one passed with flying colors.

I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes mid-aggressive razors.  For the price ($33.03 delivered) it simply can't be beat.

thanks. I've always liked the look of the bevel razor and almost bought one a few years ago but decided not to at the time..

The resemblance between this and the original Bevel is quite superficial judging from the specs. Much more aggressive.

The resemblance is only in appearances.  The Bevel was designed with the  specific shaving needs of black people in mind, and is a very mild razor.
This one is not.  I think I still like my Weber better, but this razor rocks.  I didn't care for the handle (too long), so I used my own Durham-Duplex handle.

I really like the look of that razor and, based on what look like some decent reviews, I decided to put in an order.

Very interesting. I think it's just a matter of time before one ends up in my den. Thank you for sharing!
